It designed to efficiently prove your systems are compliant with your own security standards or benchmarks, such as CIS Benchmarks or NIST, with confidence.
We know that every infrastructure is unique, so we made customization a key aspect of this solution. Today, the policy and benchmark compliance solution adapts to your specific needs with:
- Highly customizable benchmarks: quickly deploy ready-to-use benchmark packages, with the flexibility to fine-tune parameters according to the constraints of your IT infrastructure. No coding required, simply adapt the benchmark to align with your system’s needs.
- Automation driven-compliance: benefit from Rudder’s automation for precise, tailored compliance application. For each benchmark item, you have the option to either audit only or automatically remediate as required. Easily apply benchmarks to specific system groups, while excluding others as needed.

Unified vulnerability management: we extend detection to Windows CVEs
The vulnerability assessment module now supports Windows CVE detection, expanding on our existing Linux coverage.
On top of that, now you can also create dynamic system groups directly from a vulnerability, making it easier to run patch campaigns and apply targeted configuration updates to these specific groups. These groups remain dynamically updated, ensuring that you streamline your remediation efforts.
Improved patch management: stay in control
Our patch management module now gives you instant visibility into patch results with our intuitive campaign views. Quickly identify the status of your patch campaigns without diving into the detailed report. This feature enables you to keep track of your patching strategy more effectively, prioritizing your actions based on real-time insights.
This release also brings a new filtering approach for patching that lets you apply only security-related updates. In this way, focus your patching efforts on the most essential vulnerabilities, keeping your infrastructure secure and stable while minimizing the risk of disruptions.
